We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are only valid for defective, faulty, or incorrect items. Change of mind is not eligible for returns.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has stains, odors, perfume scents, marks, damages, or missing tags.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
To initiate a return, send the item to our address via any courier service. Once received, our customer service team will contact you to initiate the refund process.
Returns & exchanges are not applicable on sale or discounted products.

If you receive the wrong size or a defective item, you may request an exchange within 4 days of receiving the item.
If an exchange is needed due to our mistake, it will be processed free of cost.
Clothing must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging for an exchange to be approved.
Delivery charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the design and size.
The exchange process will be completed within 7 working days.

Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card Orders: Refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment.
It may take up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account statement.
Please allow up to 10 days for the refund process after receiving the returned goods.

Items purchased on sale or promotions are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
We will exchange sizes or defective items only when the product is returned to our address and the requested size/design is available.
